Delete your account and data

For Monthly Budget Planner App and other apps by FatMachines LLC. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it with the form below.

Request deletion on the web

No need to open the app. We'll process your request within 30 days and email you when it's done.

The email you signed in with (Google, Apple or email).

What should we delete?

Delete in the app

In Monthly Budget Planner App, this deletes your account straight away:

  1. Open the app and go to Menu.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete User Data.
  3. Choose Delete User & Data.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

For Monthly Budget Planner App:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your expenses, categories, accounts and recurring expenses
  • Your tags and notification settings
  • Your Google or Apple sign-in for the app

What we keep:

  • Expenses you split with other people in a shared group stay in that group, so the other members' balances stay correct.
  • Subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account.
